Cristian Berdilă spearheads operations for CGS’s BPO business in Romania. He is responsible for maintaining CGS’s position as a trusted outsourcing partner to Fortune 500 clients across IT, telecom, banking, retail and other sectors. He leads an organization of more than 4,200 CGS agents, at six centers in Romania, inspiring them with CGS’s mission to drive customer experience excellence on behalf of the company’s blue-chip clients.

Cristian joined CGS in 2005 as an agent doing collections for U.S. clients. His ascent within the ranks exemplifies the growth opportunities possible for CGS agents. He later served as Vice President of Operations at CGS Romania, where he led the company's operational strategies and the delivery of industry-leading outsourcing services. Cristian has been instrumental in optimizing operational processes, managing complex client projects, and motivating high-performing teams. His efforts have enabled CGS Romania to serve numerous Forbes Top 500 companies with a focus on customer service, technical support, client relations, and telemarketing.
