CGS Expands to Israel

Companies are finding that expanding internationally has proven to be a successful tactic when they have a plan in place; especially for companies with outsourcing divisions. Many businesses are finding that setting up shop outside of their home countries bring about brand visibility, extended language services and more credibility.
CGS, an already global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services recently expanded even more by opening an office in Netanya, Israel delivering Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to current and potential clients.
So why Netanya, Israel may you ask? The city boasts a very educated and diverse population with access to a wide variety of resources that will surely make them successful in the CGS culture. This new office will provide services in Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, as well as additional support for French.
CGS's CEO Phil Friedman flew to Israel and stood alongside Netanya Mayor, Miriam Fierberg-Ikar and our CGS country manager, Amit Efrat to cut the ribbon and meet the new employees. The new office houses a modern data center with a telecom infrastructure.
“When it comes to customer management, more businesses are seeking out strategic partners that can help them offer specific language skills from key locations across the globe,” said Stephen Loynd, Global Program Director, Frost & Sullivan. “In light of a growing need for more Russian, Hebrew and Arabic speakers, it makes perfect sense for CGS to have established a presence in the Middle East, and specifically in Israel.”
CGS adds its Israel location to a list of dedicated call centers around the world that provide support to industry-leading global brands including retailers, health care providers, technology and telecom providers and global hospitality brands. CGS prides itself on its over 30 years of expertise in outsourcing and hopes that its expansion to Israel will only strengthen its brand.
